Our team will contact you within 3 business days upon submission of your returns/exchange request. If you have opted to return/exchange in our physical store, please allow us some time to arrange this before proceeding - we'll let you know when!

    *Terms and conditions:

    • We do not accept accessories and intimate products, such as sports bras, underwear and socks for returns and exchanges. Additional items that cannot be returned are sale items, gift cards and some health and personal care items.

    • All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Shoes must come in the original shoe box.

    • When making returns at our physical store you will be refunded in the form of a gift card that can only be used on our online store. We do not practice issuing of cash refunds. 

    • Returns and exchanges will usually be processed within 3 working days. Our physical store is unable to process walk-in requests.
    • Exchanges may be made only once.

    • Returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
